Debra was born in Tampa and raised in the Orlando area. She graduated from Bishop Moore High School and studied at Seminole State College and Valencia Community College. Prior to entering real estate, Debra worked in her family’s business, Lombardi’s Seafood, where she managed human resources and gained valuable experience in leadership, operations, and client relations.

She later became a licensed Real Estate Agent, earned her Broker’s license, and founded her own real estate business, building a strong reputation for professionalism and personalized service.
