Sandroni Holdings reflects a generational approach to real estate—rooted in legacy and local presence. Our connection
to Winter Park runs deep, with our families tied to the community since the 1930s. Owned by Dante Sandroni and
guided by our broker, Debra Lombardi Lemay, we have built long-standing relationships with local small businesses and
the residents who call Winter Park and Central Florida home.

Debra Lombardi Lemay

Debra was born in Tampa and raised in
the Orlando area. She graduated from
Bishop Moore High School and studied at
Seminole State College and Valencia
Community College. Prior to entering into
real estate, Debra worked in her family’s
business, Lombardi’s Seafood, where she
managed human resources and gained
valuable experience in leadership,
operations, and client relations.
She later became a licensed Realtor®,
earned her Broker’s license, and founded
her own real estate business, building a
strong reputation for professionalism and
personalized service.
Today, Debra proudly serves as Broker for
Sandroni Holdings Real Estate, helping
buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their
goals.

Dante J. Sandroni

Born and raised in Winter Park, Dante is a second-generation local with a deep-rooted connection to the community and a strong understanding of the Central Florida market. As Managing Partner, he brings over five years of experience to the industry, having begun his career in residential sales before expanding into the commercial sector over the past two years.
 
The launch of Sandroni Holdings Real Estate marked a pivotal moment in Dante’s career, achieving two core objectives: the ability to seamlessly serve both residential and commercial clients, and a commitment to delivering a true concierge-level experience always personalized, always strategic, and never compromised.
